SPECIAL EVENTS ORGANISED BY THE RESTURANT
All bookings for special events organised by No Menu (e.g. Wine Tasting, Thematic Lunch or Dinners, Degustation Events, Cooking Class, Christmas Dinner, Christmas Lunch, New Years Eve, etc), made either online, by phone or in person, require full payment NON-REFUNDABLE. If your booking needs to be cancelled, a change of dates or a voucher for the amount deposited can be offered.
GIFTCARDS AND VOUCHERS
• All our vouchers and giftcards are NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction only.
• We are not responsible if a Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
• All our vouchers or gifcards cannot be redeemed in order to purchase other gift cards.

PRIVATE FUNCTIONS/PRIVATE EVENTS
• BOOKINGS AND DEPOSIT
All tentative dates not confirmed within 28 days will be made available for alternative bookings. To confirm your booking, a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of 25% is due within 7 days upon receiving an invoice or a quote.
Upon payment of your deposit you are here-by agreeing to the terms and conditions listed within this document for your booking with No Menu FInest Italian 448.
Cancellations must be advised a minimiun of 28 days prior to the event. No Menu Finest Italian 448 reserves the right to withhold the 25% deposit to cover administration, planning and coordination costs that have been incurred. Cancellations with less than the required days of notice will be subject to either a partial or full payment of the quoted functions price, inclusive of service staff and hire equipment.
• FINAL NUMBERS
Final numbers must be advised a minimum of 14 days prior to the event. If there is to be a decrease in originally quoted numbers. You may notify No Menu Finest Italian 448 of an increase in numbers up until two days prior to event day. If reduced number have been advised with less than the required notice, the original quoted price will still apply.
• MINIMUN SPEND
If the function is to be held on a Sunday or Monday (or is a private function on any other day) there is a minimum spend of $3000. Minimun spend may increase during peak periods. In the event minimum spend is not achieved, the balance between the minimum spend and the actual spend will be charged.
As stated, a 25% deposit is due within 7 days upon receiving an invoice or a quote. The outstanding amount is required 7 days prior to the event.
• DELIVERY AND PICK UP
A fee will be applied for delivery withing metropolitan and outer areas. Fee will vary and will be notified upon request.
• FUNCTION AND EVENT COORDINATION
If you require extra services for the planning and running of your event such as decorations and entertainment this will need to be discussed with No Menu's Event and Function Coordinator and will come at a cost to be discussed and confirmed. Terms and COnditions will apply to these hire items and services and will be given prior the event,
